TRED OrderHub did not begin as a slide deck or a theory. It started from real experience operating a coffee business, where a team of four young founders struggled with multiple global systems: one for cashier, one for orders, one for inventory, and reports that never showed the full picture. The experience was costly, fragmented, and unfair to business owners who needed one connected view.
