TRED OrderHub runs on a modern managed cloud backend. Responsibility is shared: the platform provides technical controls, the app owner is responsible for configuration and operation, and customers are responsible for managing their own accounts and permissions.
Sign-in uses the managed authentication provider on the backend, supporting email and password, plus social sign-in providers where enabled.
Data access inside the app is governed by row-level security policies and roles stored in a dedicated roles table, rather than relying on browser-side permission checks.
The app runs on a managed cloud backend with a clear separation between client and server code. Sensitive operations execute on the server and do not rely on data controlled by the browser.
We collect data needed to operate the system: account information, business details, orders, inventory, suppliers, and financial reports created by users inside the app.
Customer data is not used to train general AI models and is not sold to third parties.
The app relies on trusted cloud service providers for the database, authentication, and hosting. Additional integrations (such as payment or messaging providers) are enabled only when requested by the business.
The app uses cookies that are necessary to maintain a sign-in session and remember language preferences. No external advertising tracking is used inside operational portals.
Business records are retained while the account is active. Account deletion requests can be coordinated with the support team.
